Christopher Stringer is an experienced Health Care Executive. Christopher started his career as a nurse in 1988 & after qualifying undertaking post basic training in Operating Theatres. Christopher worked as a nurse within the NHS and Private Sector until 2000, after many senior clinical roles including managing Sterile Services, Operating Theatres and Day Surgery/Endoscopy. Within surgery Christopher has a keen interest in ophthalmology, orthopaedics and laparoscopic technique. Christopher moved into general management within the social care environment, managing and commissioning nursing services within the private sector, both for step down and long term settings. Within the Health and Social Care sector, Christopher has worked as a General Manager, Area Manager, Finance Director and more recently as a Chief Operating Officer of a National Charity. Christopher’s breadth of experience in the industry enables him to quickly understand the needs of the business he is working with. Christopher is an excellent communicator, with drive and passion to influence the teams he is working to achieve measurable results. Christopher is able to provide an all-round management service to operators within the private and voluntary Health Care Sector. Became a Freeman of the Guild of Nurses in 2019.

Robert York is an experienced Health Care Executive. Robert started his career as a nurse in 1986 & after qualifying undertaking post basic training in Intensive Care Nursing. Robert worked as a nurse within the NHS and Private Sector until 1999, after many senior clinical roles including managing several wards and departments within Acute Services including Cardio Thoracic Surgery, Neuro Surgery, Intensive Care and Coronary Care. Robert moved into General Management within the social care environment, managing and commissioning nursing and care services within the private sector. During his time within Health and Social Care, Robert has worked as a General Manager, Operations Director, Change Management Consultant and for the last ten years as a Chief Executive Officer of a National Charity. Working at every level with health and social care, has given Robert a very detailed knowledge of the industry, which enables him to quickly understand the needs of the business he is working with. Robert is an excellent communicator, with drive and commitment to influence the teams he is working with to make change happen. Combining both nursing and management skills with an extensive knowledge of regulation in England, Wales and Scotland Robert is able to provide an all-round management service to operators within the private and voluntary Health Care Sector. Became a Freeman of the Guild of Nurses in 2019.
