Interim Manager Support – Crisis to Calm

We receive calls from providers seeking an interim care home manager for various reasons. Some providers need to recruit because the manager has left the service and require support whilst the new manager is recruited. Sometimes a manager may be absent from the service, and the provider is keen to maintain continuity of management support. Others require additional support to implement a change plan.
